The middle Georgia Precepts ministries group is hosting a Bible Study Marathon on Saturday August 29th.  This event will be held at Lakeside Baptist Church in Milledgeville and it will be an all day event from 9 am until 4 pm with check-in at 8:45 am. Pennies for Posho will be hosting the Ugandan Thunder Children’s Choir on September 3rd at 7 PM at Griffin First Assembly of God. This fundraising event will help support the building of four medical clinics and a hospital that will provide free healthcare to Ugandan orphans supported by Pennies for Posho. Tickets are $20 each plus a bottle of over-the-counter medication that will be used to stock the hospital once completed.

Full Blown firearms in Williamson is hosting a family fun day on Saturday September 5th from 9 am – 2 pm. Featuring access to 3D bow target shooting, rifle ranges up to 100 yards, and skeet shooting.
