The Great Bowls of Fire chili cook-off is coming your way on Saturday October 29th from noon til 3 pm at the Kiwanis Fairgrounds Food Booth. Admission is $5 per person and gets you a taste of everyone’s chili. There will also be a pumpkin carving competition for the kids with a $25 entry fee. For more information call 770-229-6400.

McDonough First Assembly of God will be having their Fall Festival this Sunday October 30th at 6 pm. Featuring food and fun for the whole family! Plus a costume contest for kids and adults.

 

Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Griffin is having a Fall Festival on Sunday October 30th from 6 – 8 pm.  It’s free for the whole family. Featuring candy, food, games, and more

 

The NewLife FM Bandwagon will be on hand for Union Baptist Church’s Fall Festival, Monday night  October 31st!  The church is located at 1405 N McDonough Road, Griffin.  The outdoor festivities start at 6:00 PM and there will be hot dogs, popcorn, cotton-candy and it’s all free!  There will be fun activities for youth and children and it will be great time for sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

 

David Phelps will be in concert at Piedmont Church in Marietta on Friday November 4th – concert starts at 7 pm.
