It’s almost time for the Back To School Bash for Clayton and Henry Counties. This event will be FREE to the kids, and vendors will have tables, tents, and exhibits with school supplies for the kids. The Back to School Bash will take place Saturday August 1st from 10 am – Noon at Pin Strikes Entertainment Center in Stockbridge.
There will be a Super Hero sprint 5k/10k in honor of Silas Huffman (son of Casting Crowns bass player Chris Huffman) and C.O.T.A. — this event will be at Sharon Baptist church in Mcdonough on August 1st at 8 am. Silas had a heart transplant last year and is on a long road to recovery. There will be food vendors and folks can come to donate even if they do not run or walk in the main event.
